Layers of Emotions was created for those who have already done the work and gained the insight, language, and self-awareness — yet still finds themselves returning to the same emotional loops, relationship dynamics, and internal limitations.
At the heart of this work is a simple belief: lasting change requires depth, safety, and precision at the level where patterns are actually formed — within the subconscious blueprint, the nervous system, and the internal architecture of identity.
This is not performative healing or another short-lived intervention. It is a refined process of recalibration — moving you beyond understanding to create meaningful shifts in the patterns that shape how you think, feel, connect and live.
True longevity is not simply about living longer. It is about maintaining the psychological vitality to remain adaptable and connected, and with a sense of self that can evolve alongside you.
Eve Kruavit is the founder of Layers of Emotions and the creator of The Mental Blueprint™ Protocol, a sophisticated approach to psychological transformation designed for those ready to move beyond insight and create lasting change at a deeper level.
Double-awarded Best Hypnotherapist in London & South East England for 2025 and 2026, her work sits at the intersection of psychology, therapeutic practice, technology and selected integrative Eastern systems. Her Mental Blueprint™ Protocol explores the deeper subconscious patterns, emotional imprints and behavioral conditioning that influence our behaviors, identity, relationships and performance.
With a career shaped by her work globally and across London and Bangkok, spanning psychology, entrepreneurship and technology, Eve brings a unique cross-disciplinary perspective to psychological wellbeing. She understands both the drive behind high achievement and the hidden emotional cost that can accompany it.
Longevity is not only about extending how long we live, but about strengthening the mind that determines how well we experience life.
I was born in the UK and raised in Thailand, shaped by a multicultural upbringing and the experience of living between multiple worlds. That taught me early how identity can be fluid, how belonging can feel elusive, and how much of what we carry is invisible to others.
I also grew up in a traditional family of consultant doctors, yet often felt like the outsider. Beneath the achievement, I was navigating prolonged anxiety, nervous-system strain, body-image struggles, and a deep disconnection from myself.
Later, as an entrepreneur and founder, I built a beauty-tech startup and moved through several career reinventions. From the outside, it looked like freedom and ambition. From the inside, I knew what it was to keep achieving while still feeling lost, untethered, and unable to arrive fully in my own life.
I know what it is to look capable on the surface and still feel empty underneath. I know what it is to be high-functioning and still get things done while silently carrying a nervous system that had been under strain for too long. I know what it is to keep asking, “What’s next?” even after reaching the things you thought would finally make you feel successful and complete.
As I began dividing more of my time between London and Bangkok, I also saw a larger shift taking shape within the wellness industry. At the same time, many of the clients I worked with — including high-functioning entrepreneurs and C-level executives already investing heavily in biohacking and longevity protocols — were still struggling with stress, dysregulated nervous systems, emotional exhaustion, and patterns their bodies had never truly learned were safe to release.
Today, my mission is to help people recalibrate the subconscious architecture beneath their decisions, relationships, emotional loops, repeated patterns, and limiting beliefs — so that mental vitality, resilience, and self-trust are no longer aspirational, but embodied.
