My lack of self-worth used to make me rely heavily on numbers, materialistic things, and external ‘stuff’ because I constantly compared my definition of “happiness” with others’ highlight reels and used my dad’s traditional views on “success” as my own.
💭 I cared so much about what everyone else thought of me that I never considered how I truly felt inside.
💭 I cared so much about wanting to please my dad that I never felt proud of my small achievements along the way… and if anyone were to compliment me, I would struggle to simply say thanks and accept it.
💭 I cared so much about being perfect in everything I did. I became skilled at hiding my flaws and faking my strengths; I would rather pretend to be confident while suffering in silence because I was too afraid to ask for help or show my sensitive side.
But when I discovered RTT and self-hypnosis in 2020, I was able to overcome feelings of low self-esteem like “I’m not worthy” and “I’m not good enough” by reprogramming the subconscious mind to consciously create new thought patterns, allowing them to become the NEW subconscious, once and for all.
Fast forward four years later and now as a certified RTT hypnotherapist, I feel so honoured and privileged that my clients trust me to help them break free from their struggles and step into their power.
