time to give up

We often carry this baggage of negativity whether we’re aware of it or not. But one thing I’ve realised from seeing my clients’ transformation is that it is possible to break free from this cycle of negativity, unhealthy habits, and limiting self-beliefs in just a few days, or even HOURS.

So, here are the things you need to give up today:

  • the negative self-talk
  • the shame of your past struggles
  • caring about other people’s opinions of you
  • the need to control what you can’t control
  • ruminating about the past
  • unhealthy habits
  • the fear of change and the unknown
  • the fear of failure
  • thinking you have to do all this alone
  • not asking for help

I’ve spent the last 5 days training in-person with @marisapeertherapy, and I’m extremely proud and excited to announce that I’m finally a certified RTT Hypnotherapist!
